[Class 20 (iv)] Concrete tiles 1, which may have wood faces, are supported upon concrete beams 4 stiffened by concrete cross struts 9, and concrete skirting blocks 10 are arranged to overlap the tiles around the edges of the floor. Wood strips 7 on the bottom of the beams support plaster boarding or laths 8. Felt or other vibration absorbing material 5 is interposed between the beams and the tiles and between the skirting blocks and the floor and walls.
