[Class 43] A length of elastic is formed into a loop A at one end by passing one end D of the elastic through a small loop G in its other end, this end D being passed through slits B in the back of the purse and fitted with an anchor-shaped finger hook device. The elastic is fastened to the purse by rivets C or by stitching. In use, the loop A engages the arm above the elbow, the purse normally being hidden, but when required the elastic is stretched to bring the purse into the palm of the hand where it is held by the engagement of the finger device device with the fingers.
