Class 43 A cuff fastening comprises a button head 10 with an eye 11 through which passes an elastic band 12 forming a loop which passes through the usual button holes and then over the head of the button. The band may be connected to the eye by a gapped circular spring clasp 13 having a spring-urged arcuate rod 15 with a knob 16. The band 12 may have a loop at the end of a strip.
