528,998. Aerials. TELEFUNKEN GES. FUR DRAHTLOSE TELEGRAPHIE. May 19, 1939, No. 14947. Convention date, May 20, 1938. [Class 40 (v)] At the point where a coaxial cable feeds an aerial a blocking circuit is placed to prevent inductive energization of the sheath of the cable. This blocking circuit comprises a coaxial conductor joined to the sheath adjacent the aerial and approximately a quarter wave-length long. This circuit may be telescopic for adjusting the wave-length and may be adjusted simultaneously with an adjustment of the length of the aerial.
