Abstract

526,572. Seats &c. THOMSON, K. J. (Ponzoni, A. G.). March 21, 1939, No. 8899. [Class 52 (ii)] Relates to a seat for transport vehicles in which means of adjustment are provided to modify the contour or shape of the upholstery at suitable points. The trimming of the squab B is provided with regulating straps 3, 4 fixed to the seat frame at their extremities 5, 6. The two sections of each strap are connected at 7 by buckles 8. The straps are adjusted so as to give support to the small of the back.
