Bedsteads convertible into seats.-In a chair bedstead, the back is normally supported in angularly adjusted position by means of a removable cross-bar 5, and is composed of two pivoted portions 6, 6<a> which, when extended, form a continuous frame, and, when folded, nest into each other. Pivoted leg-frames 10, 12 may be provided.
