Seat bottoms.-An auxiliary weight-supporting attachment for a deck chair comprises a piece of fabric 1, adapted to provide a seating surface auxiliary to the main seating S, and bands 2, which may be adjustable in length, and are supported on the framework, as by loops 3. If the seating S becomes torn, the weight of the occupant is taken by the member 1. The piece of fabric 1 may be adapted to form a bag or container for the. bands 2 when the device is not in position on the chair.
