522,719. Saddle supports and frames for cycles &c. BAKER, E. F. Dec. 17, 1938, No. 36772. [Class 136 (iii)] Means for supporting the saddles of cycles &c. comprises two saddle pillars adjustably secured in two tubes which pass freely through two outer tubes to a position behind the wheel axle, where they are attached to such outer tubes, which constitute the sides of the back fork ; the object is stated to be the transference of the weight of the rider to the rear of the machine. The saddle is secured by two clamps C<SP>1</SP> to a pair of saddle pillars C, which are adjustably clamped by screws B <SP>2</SP> to inner tubes B passing through outer tubes E constituting the sides of the rear fork. The lower ends of the tubes B, E are connected together by a screw A<SP>1</SP>, means being provided at B<SP>1</SP>, A<SP>2</SP> to prevent relative rotation between the tubes.
