[Class 110 (iii)] In a multi-stage radial-flow turbine the inlet edges of the blades of one or more of the blade rings A, B, working in the lowest pressure are so shaped that the ratio of the distance between the centres of gravity 30 of the cross-sectional areas of the ring-bonds 23, 24, to the length of the outlet edges of the blades is equal to or less than 1.25.
