'suspended by two spring arms supported on a wall plate 1 engaging the ends of a cylindrical roller engaging within the paper roll, is made from the blank shown, apertured ends to take the roller being formed as shown and a delivery opening being formed by severing along the lines indicated on panel 2 to leave a flap hinged at the top.
