516,252. Wireless receiving systems ; impedance networks. GENERAL ELECTRIC CO., Ltd., and ESPLEY, D. C. July 19, 1938, No. 21398. [Classes 40 (iii) and 40 (v)] In a television receiver having a common frequency- Changer for the vision and associated sound, there is inserted in the vision path after the common path a coupling filter of the type shown in Fig. 1 having an infinite impedance at a single frequency at or very near to the sound I.F. and zero impedance over a finite range corresponding to the vision I.F. The filter may be developed into the form shown in Fig. 4 and the capacities C1, C2 may then be the distributed capacities of the circuits connected by the coupling.
