Abstract

511,091. Spray-producers. BERNHARDT, R. June 7, 1938, No. 16906. [Class 102 (i)] A spray - producer comprises a metal cap 7 for attachment to a container, having an orifice in which a cylinder 8 is secured by means of flanges 10, 11. The piston or bucket 16 is connected by means of a conical portion 17 to a tube 18, forming the operating rod and discharge pipe. The tube 18 is provided with an end cap 24, and with a lateral discharge nozzle 26, which is a press fit in orifices in the end 24 and tube 18. The rod 18 is packed by a ring 22, which also limits the outward movement. The return spring 19 abuts on the shoulder 17 and on a perforated plate 20, which also confines the suction valve 13.
