509,565. Double windows; translucent sheets ; guards. PERSSON, E. S. Oct. 26, 1938, No. 31005. Convention date, Nov. 3, 1937. [Class 20 (iii)] A double window of the kind having a. shutter between the panes is characterized in that the shutter is translucent but impervious to bright heat radiation and that a ventilation opening is provided between the sashes. The shutter may be a cellulose derivative, coloured or otherwise treated, and may be a venetian or other form of blind.
