[Class 79 (iii)] [Also in Group XXVII] A cooling-air blower 4 has its axis coplanar with the axes of the cylinders of an in-line engine, and is driven from an extension 5 of the cam shaft, preferably through bevels 6. The arrangement is specially suitable to a motor vehicle having its engine mounted at the rear, the blower then being mounted on the gear box 3.
