[Class 120 (ii)] A thread-engaging device comprising felt 5 wound on a spindle 6 below the tension device 3 is provided in the central hollow spindle of double-twist apparatus to engage the yam from the supply bobbin so as to arrest the delivery of yarn after breakage.
