503,046. Water distributers; lavatories. JUNG, E. Feb. 23, 1938, No. 5749. Convention date, Sept. 11, 1937. [A Specification was laid open to inspection under Sect. 91 of the Acts, Aug. 25, 1938] [Class 69 (iii)] [Also in Group I] A water distributing device for washing and lavatory basins for use by several persons of the kind in which water is discharged above the edge of the basin in the form of separate jets comprises a water duct 5, Fig. 1, having a central bore 2 flared to form a socket within which fits a tapered spigot 6 which with a concave flange 3 forms the distributing element. The spigot is provided with longitudinal ribs 7 and open channel grooves 8 continued beneath the concave surface flange 3 to form separate jets. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 describes a column 5, Fig. 1 (Cancelled), having channels 2 which may convey water at different temperatures to a distributing flange 3 which may be smooth or grooved. It also describes a distributer, Fig. 2 (Cancelled), in which the guide member 3 has grooves on its lower surface and is mounted in a conical mouthpiece 8 mounted on a feeding tube 9 This subject-matter does not appear in 'the Specification as accepted.
