[Class 123 (i)] An apparatus for removing scale from gasheated liquid heaters of the flueless type consists of a stoneware or enamelled metal pot d adapted to contain dilute acid, carried by a flanged iron ring b which is detachably mounted on the top of the heater a. The acid is passed from the pot d through a flexible pipe g and cock h through the inlet i of the heater and leaves, by the pipe k.
