499,626. Refrigerators. ELECTROLUX, Ltd. April 6, 1938, No. 10542. Convention date, April 6, 1937. [Class 29] A door frame for re frigerators and other heat-insulated cabinets having the usual inner and outer sheet meta walls 11, 12 spaced by insulation 10 comprises spaced short blocks 14 of synthetic resin or of tropical or other hard wood secured by screws 15, 16 to the edges of the metal walls and having secured to them by screws 18 or bolts a metal strip or strips 17 out of contact with the metal walls, a packing strip 21 of synthetic resin or the like being secured bv screws 19 to the metal supporting strip, which may be thick enough to ensure a good hold for these screws. The blocks have abutments 22 against which the edge of the metal strip may bear. The metal strip 17 may be secured by bolts of which the nuts are accessible behind the blocks 14.
