[Class 100 (ii)] A sheet a is provided with book-keeping entries in the form of transferrable printed or written matter d, and associated code-perforations b, the entries being separated by scorelines y, and the parts bearing the matter d being different in thickness from the parts containing the code-perforations. Preferably, the written &c. entries are made in recessed parts of the sheets, or are stuck thereon. The sheet may consist of paper, cardboard, metal, or artificial resin, and the entries may be impressed or stencilled, or may be in mirrorscript form. The sheet can be employed in a known machine for selecting account-cards bearing the. numbers represented by the codeperforations. Alternatively, the separate cards formed by dividing the sheet along the scorelines can be employed for producing a sheet having the written &c. entries arranged in line with the associated code-perforations and separated therefrom by a score-line.
