490,190. Vehicle lamp glasses. BOSCH GES., R., (formerly BOSCH AKT.-GES., R.). Dec. 16, 1937, No. 34799. Convention date, Dec. 22, 1936. Addition to 399,455. [Class 75 (ii)] In a sealing glass 1, as described in the parent Specification for bicycle &c. lamps, the upper half of the glass extends forwardly as shown so that besides signal lights being thrown to the sides by prismatic lugs 2, an illuminated surface 4 informs the cyclist that his lamp is still lit. To avoid breakage, prisms 2 are made narrow so as not to project beyond the glass 1. The glass may be fluted and surface 4 fluted or frosted.
