[Class 64 (i.)] [Also in Group XI] An electric lamp comprises a vertical tube 1 simulating an architectural column, has heating elements 9 arranged beneath the lowest lighting bulb 7 to provide a convection heater, the column having air inlets 4 in its base and air outlets 5 around the reflector 6. The bulbs 7 are then fitted with baffles or shields 10. According to the Provisional Specification, the convection heater may be used without the lighting bulbs.
