[Class 52 (ii)] The angularly adjustable head portion 1 of a mattress frame is connected to the side members 4 of the bedstead by means of pivoted struts 6, and is provided at its lower end with pins or rollers 2 sliding in guides 3 on the side members 4, and with depending arms 8 which are connected by links to a nut on an actuating screw 12 carried in brackets below the frame.
