[Class 110 (iii)] A nozzle chest for turbines constructed with - out flanges on the inlet side, is welded to the casing and then continued outwards and welded to the supply pipe. In the Figure, the nozzle chest 2 is welded to the casing at 4, continued outwards beyond this point, and welded at 5 to the branch of the valve chest 6.
