Abstract

464,934. Baths. JACKSON, J. Dec. 2, 1935, No. 33306. [Class 26] Apparatus for dispersing foam in foam baths of the type described in Specification 434,931, [Group XXI], comprises a spray-forming device in the form of a perforated tube h so mounted as to be capable of performing swinging movements about its axis so that jets of a liquid defrothing agent or deflocculating agent introduced into the pump circuit and emanating from the tube may be caused to sweep the bath from end to end. The tube may be operated by a handle m and the rim of the bath may have a shelf i with a weir for use in making foam in the manner described in Specification 463,284, [Group XXI].
