461,547. Valve amplifying circuits. LORENZ AKT.-GES., C. Oct. 2, 1936, No. 26783. Convention date, Oct. 4, 1935. [Class 40 (v)] [Also in Group XXXVI] Push-pull connected amplifying valves, particularly of the screen-grid type, are neutralized and additional capacity is provided between the grid and anode by a single composite condenser. Fig. 4 shows the circuit in which the capacities bl, a2 and b2, a1 are the neutralizing capacities while the additional capacities are a1, b1 and a2, b2. Fig. 6 shows a construction in which movable armatures a1, a2 co-operate with fixed armatures b1, b2 in which the movable armatures may be axially displaced to compensate for differences between the valve capacities. Fig. 8 shows an alternative construction in which the armatures a1, a2, b1, b2 are quadrants preferably formed by squirting or burning on a ceramic stator A and co-operate with a pair of semicircular armatures 5, 6 similarlv formed on a ceramic movable member B. The members are spaced apart by a mica disc G against which they are spring-pressed. The member B may be formed into a flat sided head for adjustment by a spanner.
