[Class 137] [See also Group XI] A vertical chamber A with an inlet at its lower end controlled by a damper a<2>, and a horizontal air outlet a<1> at its upper end is provided with one or more electric heating elements B arranged horizontally therein above a preferably parabolic reflector C. A reflector a<5> is provided in the outlet. Corrugated sheets D depending from the reflector enclose an electric heating element B<1>. The damper is hung from a rod a<3> and may be closed by a rod A<1>. A tray E for containing water or a disinfectant is provided. An imitation fire F is arranged in front of the chamber. A fan may be provided to draw or force air through the apparatus.
