Abstract

454,099. Brackets. WRIGHT, I. B., 100, High Holborn, London. March 23, 1935, No. 9129. (Class 52 (v)] A swivel action bracket comprises a ring 1 secured to a rod 3 by a clamping screw 2 and having a member 4a projecting therefrom and spigotted to a member 5a. The member 5a can then swivel about its axis unless clamped by the screw 11. The free end of the member 5a is provided with jaws in which a plate can be secured by a clamping screw or which have a flat leg 14 pivoted therein. The leg 14 is attached to a plate 17 and a worm 15 cooperates with a toothed wheel or quadrant 16 formed on the end of the leg 14 to provide means for tilting the plate 17.
