[Class 19] [See also Group V] A squeegee blade for a windscreen wiper comprises a strip 1 of flexible rubber extruded about a wire 2. One edge of the rubber may be reinforced by textile fabric 3. The rubber may be extruded about a plurality of wires and subsequently divided longitudinally into sections. The textile fabric is incorporated by pressure rollers.
