446,129. Clothes lines. HEWSON, E. W., 506, Westhorne Avenue, Eltham, London. Feb. 25, 1935, No. 5951. [Class 52 (v)] A clothes line k is attached to one end of a frame provided near the centre with a cross member and at its other end with a pulley wheel and is raised and lowered by means of an endless rope g. The rope g is attached at one end to the cross member, passes over a supporting pulley h and down between the cross member and the pulley wheel, the other end being then attached in turn to the cross member leaving a loop by which the device can be operated.
