[Class 131] [See also Group XVII] An oblong, round, &c. holder for an article 3 made wet in use such as soap, a sponge &c. consists of a baseplate 1 provided with a few, relatively low and widely spaced, peripheral pillars 2 which prevent the article from slipping off the plate. The latter may be arched to facilitate draining and be provided with ribs or pegs 4 to support the article. The baseplate is made of resilient material, e.g. rubber and is provided with a synthetic resin cover 6 which has cut-out portions to fit over finger grips 5 on the baseplate, or alternatively to being provided with finger grips, the baseplate is flanged.
