Abstract

340,646. Covers for tins. SAMS, E. H. and SAMS, E., 19, Thornbury Avenue, Osterley, Middlesex. Oct. 14, 1929, No. 31190. [Class 125 (iii).] A cover for a tin &c. has its flange 2 turned inwardly and upwardly at 3 to form a resilient structure of V-section. The cover may be used in conjunction with a tin &c. having it supper edge turned outwardly and downwardly. The cover may also be dished at 5 for use as an ash tray &c. A pin may be provided across the dished portion of the tray and form a handle therefor.
