[Class 44] [See also Group VII] A clamp for holding one side of a seam during unpicking comprises a pair of jaws 5, 8 carried by a bracket 1 by which the device is secured to the table 2. The jaw 5 is fixed and the jaw 8 pivoted at 7. The jaw 8 is operated by an eccentric 11 working between the limbs 10, 10<1> of the bifurcated rear part of the jaw 8.
