At the same time the front of the tool is clamped by an adjustable jaw m. Compressed air is supplied to the cylinder through a non-return valve. As applied to a movable headstock s, Fig. 3, two clamping-levers mounted on opposite sides of the headstock are employed, the pivot pins c being earned by holding-down T-bolts q.
