Abstract

431,929. Directive wireless signalling. LORENZ AKT.-GES., C., 1, Lorenzweg, Tempelhof, Berlin. April 3, 1935, No. 10352. Convention date, April 6, 1934. Addition to 405,727. Drawings to Specification. [Class 40 (v)] The parent Specification describes a radio beacon in which two differently directed radiations are alternately emitted to define an equi-signal line, by a continuously energized aerial associated with a keyed reflector system. In the present invention the radiation diagrams of the directive beams intersect on the diagram produced by the aerial when the reflectors are inactive. This produces a dash of constant signal strength on the equi-signal line if one reflector is open-circuited before the other is rendered active.
