Nov. 16, 1934, No. 32997. [Class 52 (iii)] A folding bracket table is fitted in a railway or motor vehicle, ship's cabin or aircraft, so that it may be turned in a vertical position from its storage place, and then turned to a horizontal position. The Figure shows a table top 4, set in an out - of - use position vertically above a seat 6 ; it is mounted on an axle 3 extending out from a bar 1 attached to a hinge 1<a>. Beneath the seat 6 is a sector member with a depending flange 9 made with orifices 10 engageable by a spring- bolt in a radial arm on the bar 1. A spring catch 5 holds the table 4 in the horizontal or vertical positions.
