Abstract

429,947. Tank carts. JORGENSEN, M. VOGEL-, 24, Bulowsvej, Frederiksberg, near Copenhagen. Dec. 9, 1933, No. 34731. [Class 108 (i)] [See also Groups X and II] A machine for transporting and delivering ready - mixed concrete comprises a rotary container having connections to two pipe lines, one for supplying compressed air to the container and one for delivering the concrete. In the construction shown, the container 1 is mounted in bearings 3, 4, on a support 9 of the vehicle chassis 2 and is rotated by the engagement of a toothed rim 5 with gearing connected to the motor of the vehicle. Compressed air is supplied at 8, and the concrete is delivered by a pipe 6, the connections of these parts being coaxial with the axis of rotation of the container. The support 9 is mounted to tilt about an axis 10.
