Abstract
573,726. Vehicle wheels. LE CLAIR, C. C. S., and TECALEMIT, Ltd. Sept. 20, 1941, Nos. 12176/41, 7711/42 and 10795/42. [Class 144 (i)] [Also in Group XXXII] In a vehicle fitted with wheels capable of transporting liquids, the wheels comprise a T-ring 6 with shells 4 and 5 welded to its flanges, a tyre band 7 being welded outside the ring 6 and clamping members 9, 10 secured to the shells engaging the edges of the band 7 ; a final clamping is obtained by straightening out the members 10. A draw-off pipe 13 with a controlling valve in a body 12 and operated by insertion of a hose and a filling aperture 11 are provided ; a vent pipe 24 with a V-bend as shown prevents overfilling. Specification 573,728, [Group XXVI], is referred to in the second and third Provisional Specifications, and 573,729 in the third Provisional Specification.
