[Class 135] [See also Group XIII] A draw-off valve for a water-heater comprises in combination as a unit a chamber 10 havtwo outlet passages 11, 12 arranged one above the other, a water inlet 16 communicating with the chamber at a level below the upper outlet 11, a single valve-seat 21 associated with the lower outlet 12, and a valve 22 with rod 23 sliding vertically in the chamber. The member forming the conical valve seat 21 is screwed into the base of the chamber and carries an outlet pipe 15 screwed thereon by a flanged nut 18. The valve rod 23 slides in the top of the chamber and has a pin 27 resting on a boss 25 on the chamber top or in a slot 28 therein when the valve is closed.
