421,597. Endless chain conveyers. DUNLOP RUBBER CO., Ltd.. 32, Osnaburgh Street, London, and WILLSHAW, H., Fort Dunlop, Birmingham. June 24, 1933, No. 18072. [Class 78 (i)] [See also Group VIII] Rolls of textile or other material, more particularly rubber-treated fabric for use in the manufacture of tyres, are rotated by power during storage. The rotation may be continuous, intermittent, in one only or both directions, or even only once during storage. As shown, the rolls 1 are moved in a closed path along rails 39, by means of chains 35 and a motor 37. This apparatus is shown enclosed in a box 41, fitted with a heating pipe 42 and a trip 43 for removing any selected roll 1.
