Abstract
419,325. Spray-producers. DAVIS, C., The Cedars, Redditch Road, King's Norton, Birmingham. Aug. 5, 1933, No. 22043. [Class 69 (iii).] A sewage distributer comprises a pipe which has a nozzle or a ferrule carrying the same fitted in an aperture in the curved wall of the pipe and having its inner end shaped to conform with the shape of the curved inner surface of the pipe. As shown, a distributer pipe 1 has a hole carrying a ferrule 2 whose inner end 2<a> is formed to correspond with the inner surface of the pipe 1. The ferrule 2 is secured to the pipe 1 by screws 5 passing through the plate 4. The nozzle 3 is screwed into the ferrule 2. The nozzle may be screwed directly into the pipe, and may discharge the liquid on to spreader plates. Specification 300,489, [Class 69 (iii)], is referred to.
