418,307. Liquid discharge apparatus. FEDERMANN, H., 20, Spalena, Prague. April 19, 1933, No. 11493. Convention date, April 20, 1932. [Class 102 (ii).] A receptacle for volatile liquids such as perfumes is provided with discharge means and also an atomizer. Fig. 1 shows a bottle 2 provided with a head 1 having a discharge tube 8 and an atomizer 7. A flexible ball 4 supplies pressure to force liquid either through the atomizer 7 or outlet 8 according to whether a valve 9 is open or closed. Fig. 2 shows a form in which the head is provided with a three-way cock controlling passages to the discharge pipe 25 and atomizer 16. The Figure shows the position of the cock for delivering liquid through the passage 25 but on turning it through a right angle the passage 20 is connected to the port 18 and the air port 13 through the ports 14, 15 to atomize the liquid. The pipe 25 may be connected to a measuring cylinder 26 from which the liquid is discharged by a cock 27.
