416,740. Tube-expanders &c. HUGHES, J. R., 7, Bellevue Street, and P. D. M. FITTINGS CO., Ltd., 63, York Place, both in Edinburgh. Aug. 5, 1933, No. 22063. [Class 83 (iv).] In apparatus for flaring a tube end, the tube 4 is secured in a clamp 7, 8. A cam 10 on a hand &c. operated shaft 11, through a rocker 14 moves a carriage 18, carrying a flaring tool 19, forward against the urge of a spring. A screwed rod 21 engaging the carriage engages the rocker and provides the feed.
