Abstract
415,211. Moistureproof boxes for comestibles. FULLER'S, Ltd., 45, Great Church Lane, Hammersmith, London, and BACKES, J. J. V., 29, Penwerris Avenue, Osterley, Middlesex. April 28, 1933, No. 12388. [Class 18.] A moistureproof and airtight package for foodstuffs comprises a box of cardboard, strawboard or the like, proofed and sealed at all joints by impregnation with a wax compound, and having a wall b apertured so as to leave a continuous margin, which aperture, after packing, is closed and sealed by a sheet of moistureproof transparent material g overlapping the continuous margin and affixed thereto by cement or by the wax compound. The package may be protected by an outer shell h or one or more may be enclosed in an outer box having a removable lid.
