Abstract

412,060. Refrigerators. LIGHTFOOT REFRIGERATION CO., Ltd., and BRIGINSHAW, F. F., Bush House, Aldwych, London. Aug. 16, 1933, No. 22885. [Class 29.] A shop window &c. is refrigerated by cooling pipes 6, 11 connected to a refrigerating machine 7 and disposed so as to induce a downward flow of cold air over the goods, e.g. meat, supported by rails 4 or upon a grid 12 and an upward flow of warm air remote from the window 32. The air flow is directed by baffles and drip trays 26. The cooling pipes may be surrounded by wire gauze &c., and the window provided with a self-closing sliding door 33 supported on an inclined guide 35. Either group of cooling pipes may be used alone.
