[Class 29] A closed display case combined with a shop window 10 or constituting a separate shop counter or show case is provided with an inclined baffle 20, preferably of glass, to deflect cold air away from the window or case front. Cooling means in the form of coils 16 or ice &c. is located at the back of the case, which preferably has a marble base 12 and marble shelf 17, with inclined sliding glass doors 15 above the shelf 17 and a flat glass top 14.
