[Class 52 (i).] A refrigerated showcase comprises a storage space 1 formed by.a copper tank having a jacket containing cold brine and the inclined wall 3a of which forms the base of the display section 6 of the case. The display section is illuminated by an electric lamp 10 and - a reflector 11 and provided with a hinged door formed by glass plates separated by strips of rubber. Refrigerator coils are provided either within the brine tank or in lieu thereof.
