[Class 7 (iv).] The time of ignition is progressively retarded as the pressure in the inlet manifold increases. An elastic capsule, a spring-pressed piston, or metallic pressure gauge may be enclosed in the induction pipe or in a casing in communication therewith. Limiting stops are provided.
