Abstract

The two posts abut on the transverse central plane of the sleeve and may be locked in position by pins o q which project through the wall of the sleeve and into slots and holes in the pole In a modification, a longitudinal tapered slot is formed centrally in the outer face of the wedge f for the reception of an additional wedge, the outer face of which is adapted to bear on the inclined wall of the sleeve.
