406,795. Vehicle wheels. MACLEAN, J.M., 6112, Arcade Building, Seattle, Washington, U.S.A. Oct. 18, 1932, No. 29163. [Class 144 (i).] A resilient wheel comprises rubber &c. cushions 13 fitted into cups 14 which are recessed into discs 5, 7, fast with the hub 4, and the rim-carrying disc 12, the cups being free to rotate in the recesses to prevent wear of the cushions. Preferably, the peripheries of the cushions are formed to a double-taper, as shown. Electrical connexion may be provided between the hub and rim by means of a coiled wire 22 fitted in the recess 9.
