Spoke-covering discs.-Weels for perambulators, "scooters," and like juvenile vehicles are fitted at one or both sides with a disc a shaped as at f, and coloured, to give the appearance of a pneumatic tyre. The disc may be formed of thin metal, papier machÚ, wood, celluloid, &c., and may be secured by the hub-cap b.
